- Just heard from my USR technician that my Mac&Fax problem might
- be an "overheat"!!???
-
- Apparently, reports are coming in that other modems are having my
- problem- intial connect times of 20-30 minutes, then a rapid series
- of disconnects, where turning it off for a while seems to help. My
- problem is still that I can sometimes connect for hours before getting
- disconnected, however. This would seem to downplay the "overheat"
- theory, unless I happen to be connecting on "cold days"???
-
- Again, anyone out there experiencing similar USR problems? USR
- needs more feedback so that this thing can get isolated...
-
- Thank you very much- and I'm still online!!!
